Round Annapurna TrekA complete trek encircles the famous Annapurna massif. The trek offers great variety, from sub-tropical plains in the Himalayan foothills, through the Trans-Himalayan, Manang and Mustang region. The trip goes through Thorong-La Pass-5416m between in two valley of Manang and Jomsom, the Kaligandaki valley (probably the deepest gorge in the world) makes this trek an excellent trip in Nepal that has diverse culture and traditional values.

Your trekking preparation:

This trek is considered as a non-technical trek and suitable for average people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary.

We suggest you to strengthen your knee muscles and prepare for several days of steep descents. Some physical fitness programs such as running, swimming, biking or aerobics is recommended, but mostly hiking on steep hills or running up and down steps are preferable.

Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however can be change in some circumstances but adjustments will have to made during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself. As the trek is designed for camping arrangement, everything is handled by our team of porters, sherpas and cooks who carry the equipment, assemble and dissemble the camp and have hot meals waiting for you at every food break.

Any trek in this region is an experience to remember for everyone in lifetime. The famous trekking routes of this region are- Jomsom/Muktinath trail, Annapurna circuit, Annapurna Base Camp, Ghorepani/Ghandruk loop, Sikles/Lamjung Himal loop, and Upper Mustang. The best time to trek there in Spring and Autumn seasons of the year however some parts can be trek all the year round even in monsoon days and winter.

Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 01: Drive to Bensisahar-823m (approx. 7 hr drive)continue drive to Sangye Trek to Jagat (2 hr)

Day 02: Trek to Dharapani-1940m (6 hr)

Day 03: Trek to Chame-2650m (5-6 hr)

Day 04: Trek to Pisang-3185m (4-5 hr)

Day 05: Trek to Ngawal Village or Manang Village-3700m (7 hr)

Day 06: Rest at Manang for acclimatization.

Day 07: trek to Yak Kharka-4000m or Letder -4200m(5-6 hr)

Day 08: Thorong Phedi-4500m or High Camp 4850m(4-5 hr)

Day 09: Trek to Muktinath-3798m crossing over the Thorong-La Pass-5416m

Day 10: Trek to Jomsom-2667m (3 hr)

Day 11: Drive to Tatopani-1189m (6-7 hr)

Day 12: Trek to Shikha -2390m (5 hr)

Day 13: Trek to Ghorepani-2840m (4 hr)

Day 14: Morning Excursion to Poon Hill and return down to Ghorepani then trek to Hile-1540 (4 hr)

Day 15: Trek ends at Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara and overnight at hotel

Day 16: Take Tourist bus to Kathmandu or Flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu, trip ends.

Day 17: Sightseeing in Kathmandu evening farewell dinner.

Day 18: Departure your own destination.
