Nojin Kangsang (7252m.) Expedition 2006 (Entry Zangmu/Exit Lhasa)

Mt. Nojin Kangsang is one of the excillent peaks in Tibet/Lhasa . This is not the technical expedition in comparison with other expeditions in Tibet. This mountain located in between Zhangmu and Lhasa of Tibet. The base camp located in the eastern ridge of Nojing Khangsantg Beyond Nojing Khangsantang base camp. Nojinkangsang was fist climbed on April 28, 1986 by a Chinese – Tibetan mountaineering team, The following is the trip itinerary which is starts from Zhangmu and ends in Lhasa.

Suggested Itinerary:

 

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 02-04: Kathmandu, Preparing Expedition & visas

Day 05: Drive to Kathmadu – Zangmu(2350m), O/N at hotel.

Day 06: Zangmu – Tingri(4250m), O/N at hotel.

Day 07: Tingri – Xigatse(3900m), O/N at hotel.

Day 08: Xigatse – Base Camp

Day 09: At the Base Camp

Day 10: Base Camp to ABC

Day 11-27: Climbing period

Day 28: BC – Gyanse(3600m). O/N at hotel

Day 30: Gyanse – Lhasa. O/N at hotel

Day 31-32: Lhasa – Sightseeing. O/N at hotel

Day 33: Fly to Kathmandu

Day 34: Kathmandu

Day 35: Departure from Kathmandu.
