Panchase and Poon – Hill TrekWe take you to the next beautiful city named Pokhara for the experience of its natural beauty and the panoramic views of over 8000 meters high mountain peaks Mt. Annapurna (8091 m), Manaslu altitude (8163 m) and Dhaulagiri altitude (8167m.) Always twinkling view of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) altitude (6997m.), Himchuli (altitude 7246) is it’s another attraction. The trek Panchase & Ghorepani Poon hill trek is our new trekking program for those who are looking something different, less touristy, hiking and easy walking.

Your trekking preparation:

This trek is considered as a non-technical trek and suitable for all kind of people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure will enjoy this trek. The trek is easy walking and not required altitude consciousness.

We suggest you to strengthen your knee muscles and prepare for some days of steep descents. Some physical fitness programs such as running, swimming, biking or aerobics is recommended, but mostly hiking on steep hills or running up and down steps are preferable.

Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however things can be change in some circumstances but adjustments will have to make during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself.

As the trek is designed for camping arrangement, everything is handled by our team of Trekking guide, porters, sherpas and cooks who carry the equipment, assemble and dissemble the camp and have hot meals waiting for you at every food break.

Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 01: Drive to Pokhara (approx. 6 hr) and overnight at Hotel

Day 02: Drive half an hour to Khare khola and start trek to Bumti-2200m (4 hr)

Day 03: Trek to Panchase Bhanjyang-2800m (5-6 hr)

Day 04: Early morning visit Panchase hill-3000m for the great view sun rise, trek down to Dimuwa-1500m (5-6 hr)

Day 05: Trek upward to Dobato- 2500m (6-7 hr)

Day 06: Trek to Jaljale-3500m (5-6 hr)

Day 07: Trek to Fulbari-2800m (4-5 hr)

Day 08: Early morning visit Poon-hill-3100m and trek to Tirkhedhunga (5-6 hr)

Day 09: Trek to Nayapul (3 hr) and drive back to Pokhara and overnight at Hotel

Day 10: Morning flight to Kathmandu, trip ends…

The cost includes the following services:

Airport transfers.

Land Transfer Kathmandu-Pokhara -Khahare and Naudada-Pokhara by private bus

3-meals per day prepared by our experienced cook

Camping gear (two-person tents, foam mattress, kitchen tent, dining tent and toilet tent)

Supporting field staff including professional trekking guide, cook, kitchen boy, Sherpa, porters or pack animals as well as their necessary insurance, meals and allowances

Annapurna Conservation Area entrance permit

Domestic airfare including airport tax (Pokhara-Kathmandu)

Cost does not include:

Meals and accommodation in Kathmandu/Pokhara

Personal equipment: sleeping bag, down jacket, waterproof jacket, kit bag etc.

Kathmandu airport departure tax

Travel / medical insurance and emergency evacuation cost

Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks (including cold drinks and mineral water), tips, gifts, souvenirs, etc.
