The word Sunderdhunga means “Valley of beautiful stones”. The area covered with wild flowers, waterfalls and splendid view of mount Maiktoli, Mrigthuni, Nandakot, Panwali Dwar, Bhanoti, Bailjuri. These mountains are seen so clearly from here that it looks like you can reach out and touch them as well

.

Trek Itinerary :

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 01:-

Arrival at Kathgodam then drive to Kausani breakfast on the way. Check in at the Hotel/ Resort. In the Evening visit the Sunset Point. Dinner & night stay at Hotel in kausani.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 02:-

After breakfast drive to Song , trek/tuff jeep ride to Loharkhet then trek to Talla Dhakuri High Adventure camp (2300 m.) for night Camping.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 03:-

After breakfast trek to Dhakuri Pass (2900 m.) then enter the pinder valley. After enjoying the beautiful Himalayan view trek down to Khati then cross Pinder River to reach Warbham village –it is the meeting place of Pinder River and Sunderdhunga stream. Now along Sunderdhunga stream, reach Jaitoli It is last village of this area. Dinner & over night stay in Village/ camp.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 04:-

After breakfast trek to Dhungiya Dhaun(2700 m) then Kathalia (3281 m.) It is a tough trek. On the way pass through alpine meadows and snow bridges in the month may/ June. Over night stay in Kathalia camp.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 05:- After breakfast visit to Baluni top (3700 m.) then back to camp. After lunch visit Sundardunga 0 point. Over night stay in Kathalia camp.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 06:- After breakfast trek back to Jaitoli village. Over night stay in Jaitoli camp.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 07:-

After breakfast trek to Khati. In the Evening Adventure/cultural program.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 08:-

After breakfast trek to talla dhakuri High Adventure Camp.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 09:-

After breakfast trek downhill to Loharkhet then drive back to base camp Kausani.

 

Sundardunga Trekking Tour – Day 10:- After breakfast drive to Kathgodam railway station on the way visit Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal.
