15-days Customized Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu you will be met by our airport representative to pick up you to transfer at hotel and overnight stay in B.B. basis.

Day 02: Full day guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu valley by private transport- Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square after sightseeing back to hotel and overnight stay in B.B. basis.

Day 03: Early in the morning drive to airport and fly to Lukla (2800m). Up on arrival at Lukla have a breakfast and commence the trekking up to Phakding (2610m) and after 3 hour easy walking overnight at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3500m) -About 4-5 hour hiking via Dudh Koshi river bank and ascending of Namche Hill you will be reached at remarkable town of Sherpa land Namche Bazaar which is the largest and most prosperous settlement in the Khumbu valley. It is also a historical trading center of the region- foods, salt, clothes and other stuffs are shopped by locals. Late afternoon visit the town and overnight at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 05: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar- Before processing ahead extra day for rest is required to adjust with thin air of high land. Explore around visit early morning to the Everest view point after back from there rest at hotel and afternoon visit Sherpa museum. There you can see the traditional custom of Sherpa people and great photographs of Everest summiteers and overnight at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 06: Trek to Dole (4200m)-After breakfast at Namche Bazar your trek start via gentle ridge walk of the town and drops you the small tea house place Kyangjuma then route will divert towards way to Gokyo Lake. On the way you will have lunch stop at the fantastic place Mong Dada and that place also offers you amazing views of snow clad peaks.

Day 07: Trek Dole to Machhermo (4470m)- The trail goes climb up via Dhudh Koshi river bank side, you will be at your lunch place on the way is called Luza (4360m) and from there again start crawling up to the final stop of the day and overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 08: Explore around Gokyo Lake morning visit Gokyo Ri (5360m) from there you have stunning view of whole Everest region including Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cholatse and Taboche. Rest and overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 09: Walk towards Cho Oyu Base Camp, explore around the far corner of Fik Lake and afternoon come back to stay over night at Gokyo. (B.L.D.)

Day 10: Trek back to Dole (4200m)-After breakfast the rout will be descending down via Dhudh Koshi River bank and on the way you will have many spots for wonderful panoramic views. (B.L.D.)

Day 11: Trek back to Namche Bazar_- After breakfast coming back from high to the lower altitude you will have very relax feeling and easy walk also you will be enjoying with the dramatic glimpse of several peaks as well as local cultural activities. You can mail to your friends or family and buy some lovely souvenirs from Everest trek. Upon arrival rest and overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 12: Trek back Namche Bazar to Phakding – After breakfast from there you will be descending down directly to the Dhudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi River confluence first then easy walk via river bank up to the camp site. Upon arrival rest and overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 13: After breakfast from Phakding Village trek back to Lukla via same route again, be refreshed, have a lunch and rest at tea house lodge or afternoon free for personal activities and overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 14: Early in the morning, transfer to airport and fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu, end the trip and transfer to hotel, rest and afternoon free for personal activities.

Day 15: After breakfast transfer to airport for International departure.

Note: B.B – Bed and Breakfast, B.L.D – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The cost includes the following services:

Airport transfers – pick up and drop upon arrival and departure

Entry permit to Sagarmatha National Park

Entry permit TIMS

Supporting staffs (trekking guide and porter), as well as their necessary insurance, and accommodation meals allowance and salary

Our trekking packages are designed on fact basis to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. So it does not require you any special physical fitness just a sense of adventure and mentally prepared well is enough to enjoy the trekking holiday. We’d like to request you to be flexible with the situation caused by some unexpected circumstances during the journey.

Before going any outdoor trip we would like to request to our guests to be gathered at our office for pre-departure meeting as it is also prime concern to introduce with our team members -Trek Guide, trip staff and discuss about the trip system, timetable and other important matters to make your happy journey successful.

Services we provide for the trek

As the trekking package you have chosen for teahouse arrangement, our professional trek guide and porter handle everything. The meals and accommodations will be provided at available teahouse lodges along the way. And other necessary arrangements are also provided as mentioned in the package itinerary.

As the trekking package you have chosen for camping arrangement, we provide necessary camping gear, cooking utensils, foods, cook, kitchen staffs and porters.

Things you need to bring for the trip

Personal rucksack or duffel bag, small day pack, good quality trekking boots, stick, water bottle, personal sleeping bag, sun glass, sun cap, sun cream, rain coat, down/Gore-Tex Jacket, down jacket. thermal trousers, gloves, warm socks, shorts, sandals, T-shirts, pullover, flash light, personal toiletries, camera, binoculars, reading and writing materials, medicine recommended by your doctor.

Care of Environment

The care of environment is our prime concern responsibility to protect the wildness resources of Nepal for future generation. We practice and follow minimum impact polices on our every outdoor journey- by using gas or kerosene as a cooking fuel instead of local firewood. Moreover by disposing and cleaning both biodegradable and non-degradable properly from the campsite.
