Jomsom Muktinath TrekkingIf you just visit in Nepal for short duration and interested for trekking after arriving Nepal this trekking is suitable for you. Similarly if you don’t have enough time to do the en-tire Annapurna circuit, this trek provides almost as much cultural diversity. At the start of the trek, you pass first through Brah-min and Chhetri villages, then Gurung and Magar villages, and finally, along the Kali Gandaki, Thakali culture.

Your trekking preparation:

This trek is considered as a non-technical trek and suitable for average people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary.

We suggest you to strengthen your knee muscles and prepare for several days of steep descents. Some physical fitness programs such as running, swimming, biking or aerobics is recommended, but mostly hiking on steep hills or running up and down steps are preferable.

Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however can be change in some circumstances but adjustments will have to made during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself. As the trek is designed for camping arrangement, everything is handled by our team of porters, sherpas and cooks who carry the equipment, assemble and dissemble the camp and have hot meals waiting for you at every food break.

Any trek in this region is an experience to remember for everyone in lifetime. The famous trekking routes of this region are Jomsom-Muktinath trail, Annapurna circuit, Annapurna Base Camp, Gorepani/Ghandruk loop, Sikles/Lamjung Himal loop, and Upper Mustang. The best time to trek there in Spring and Autumn seasons of the year however some parts can be trek all the year round even in monsoon days and winter.

Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu, Transfer to Hotel

Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara

Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and walk to Hile

Day 5: Walk up to Ghorepani

Day 6: Pun Hill (3210mtr) & to Tatopani

Day 7: Ghasa

Day 8: Tukuche

Day 9: Trek to Jomsom

Day 10: Trek to Muktinath

Day 11: Kagbeni Back from Muktinath

Day 12: Trek to Jomsom

Day 13: Fly back to Pokhara from Jomsom

Day 14: Pokhara to Kathmandu (By Bus or By Flight)

Day 15: Free time Or Departure

The cost includes the following services:
